The problem

The site ran on a page builder and a heavy premium theme. Too much JavaScript loaded at once, so no amount of tweaking could get PageSpeed where it needed to be.

What we did

We rebuilt it as a lean custom WordPress theme. Same look. Every page, image and blog article kept exactly as it was, including the articles that publish automatically for SEO. The theme now updates itself from our releases, so fixes ship without anyone touching the server.

The problem

Staff were keying client invoices into Xero by hand. Every bill was read, typed in and checked, across every client the firm looks after.

What we did

We built a system for the firm to manage their clients in one place. AI reads each incoming invoice, recognises which client it belongs to, pulls out the details and adds it straight into that client's Xero. Staff check the exceptions instead of typing every line.

The problem

Court transcripts run for days, sometimes weeks. Staff spent countless hours reading them to find who said what and where. Sending them to a cloud AI service wasn't an option for client privacy.

What we did

We built an AI system that runs entirely on the firm's own hardware. It reads and categorises full transcripts, then answers questions with direct quotes cited back to the exact spot in the transcript. Nothing ever leaves their office.

The problem

Their ordering system was built offshore and never worked properly. Dealer orders, drawings and invoices didn't line up, and staff were fixing jobs by hand.

What we did

We threw out the offshore code and rewrote the whole thing. Dealers place shutter orders online, the system produces the drawings for each job and generates the invoice. One system from order to production, maintained here in Perth.
